DESCRIPTION:  \n \nThe KAC\, the Kenai River Brewing Company and the Tune Weavers will be getting together for this MARCH 2026 call-for-art show and beer launch fundraiser titled FOR THE BIRDS.  Live music and a locally brewed blueberry and chia inspired lager will be on offer at this bird themed fundraiser. \nOpening Reception: Friday March 6th 5–7 pm. \nVisit the Kenai River Brewing Company: https://www.kenairiverbrewing.com/ \nMore info about The Tuneweavers: https://www.facebook.com/tune.weavers.3/ \n———— \n \nArt Submission Details for artists: What peaks your artistic interest in birds? Movement\, sound\, behavior? The KAC is looking for bird themed art–2D\, 3D\, fiber art\, sculpture\, kinetic\, photography\, digital\, etc that celebrates the love of birds. Work submitted must be created in the last 5 years and not shown at the KAC before. All artists applying must be Alaskan residents and 18 years of age or older. All submitted works must be accompanied by a filled out art submission form. All works must have traditional hanging hardware attached.
