THEN AND NOW: A Look at the Kenai Art Center

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are no longer able to show SKIN d’ART. Instead, starting Wednesday July 31st, the left wall of the main gallery will be showing THEN AND NOW: A Look at the Kenai Art Center. KAC legend explains that when the KAC ceiling was being replaced, a large dusty black binder was discovered lodged above the ceiling tiles. This binder contains historic documents, photos, show programs, exhibition posters and correspondence relating to the KAC dating back to the 1960s. We have on display some of this history combined with works by local artists who have been influenced by the Kenai Art Center throughout the years. This show is continued in the back gallery.
