Exhibition: JULY 2026
Main Gallery: CLAY ON DISPLAY Featuring the Kenai Potters Guild

In our main gallery in July, the Kenai Potters Guild will put their CLAY ON DISPLAY within the theme of BIG AND SMALL.
Established in 1973, the guild’s pottery work space is located next to the Kenai Art Center in old town Kenai. Classes are hosted by Studio Potters who have the time and desire to share their craft.
From the KPG:
“Learn – Create – Pass it on“ is the mantra we stand by in the KPG, this way of thinking is essential to our guild for several reasons.
First being that we all began our practice by learning.
Second, creating and continuing to practice this age old craft is vital to us as artists.
Concluding with Pass it on to ensure that pottery will be ever present in our vibrant art community.”

This show will run through July 31st. (The KAC will be closed July 4th in observance of Independence Day)
Back Gallery: A MIDLIFE REVERIE Featuring Artist Theresa Ritter

We are excited to welcome artist Theresa Ritter and her solo show titled A MIDLIFE REVERIE to our back gallery in July.
From Theresa: “Reverie is a state of being pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts; a daydream, if you will. I am a lifelong creative who has explored many avenues of expression before falling in love with painting and finding the courage to share it with the world. This past October, I turned the big 5-0, which led me to a lot of reflection over the first half of my life leading to the inspiration for this show. While my reveries of the last 50 years were not always pleasant, I definitely came across memories that shaped me into the person I have become today. From early childhood memories, those awkward, angst-filled teen years and life beyond as a responsible adult…so much packed into all those years that have raced by all too quickly. This body of work is a reflection of some of my memories….”
